Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Avoid this scam of a company at all costs! They are manipulative and predatory salesmen first and plumbers second. As new homeowners, we panicked when we found some standing water in our crawlspace and unfortunately ended up in contact with this company who clearly buys or writes thousands of fake reviews to trick scared people into wasting THOUSANDS! We unfortunately paid for a new sump pump to be installed, but at least caught on when they pretended the drain pipes were fully clogged and had to be excavated with an exploratory dig that they quoted for over $8000. That cost for a 4’ dig site set off enough alarm bells to send me running to get other opinions. Killeen Plumbing ended up showing up within an hour of speaking to them, and magically cleared a supposedly collapsed drain for literally a tenth of the price! I contacted Roto-Rooter for footer tile and downspout camera and jetting service. John was who I was put in contact with. He was very professional answering all of my questions over multiple calls. He picked up his phone right away every time I called. I had other contracting work going on and John modified his schedule so he could be at my house earlier than his normal start time. He let me know when he was on his way, was there on time, and explained everything he was doing along the way. Very happy with the service and would recommend to others. Matt Z 5422. I cannot say enough wonderful words about Matt and the Roto Rooter company. My husband and I had an emergency plumbing issue with water leaking in two of our rooms. Matt called back within 15 minutes of calling the main Roto Rooter phone number and he was over within an hour. He spent pretty much his entire afternoon and well into the evening addressing every question I had )(and I had A LOT!) and was so kind, respectful and patient throughout everything. He took his time addressing our issue, was very upfront and transparent. I knew he was a genuine worker and I felt very comfortable knowing he was truly trying to help.
