Second To None Roofing Company

I called a few weeks ago about a leak on my roof. The guy came in, said couldn't look at the roof because it was too wet. Said would come back with a roofer on a drier day. Never came back. Never called back. They were highly recommended by a friend. If they're this irresponsible, I can only imagine their work.

The quote we were provided did not cover the full scope of the work discussed for a full roof tear off on our garage. We complained and were told the job we had requested would require additional costs. The work had already begun and we did not have many options at that point so we went ahead. Previously, the company had made one small repair to our house roof that did not solve our issue. The receipt says that repair is covered under warranty, but we were told it is not covered, because the problem was not properly addressed (by them). I strongly suggest you work with a different company.

Both jobs they did show excellent work done right. When a problem showed up later, they dealt with it quickly with no questions asked and no additional charges. Service: Attic venting installation
