Hogg is the best. Every time I've ever had an issue they were prompt and really help me get my system back up and running. I can't thank them enough
A/C died going into a heat wave. I called 10 minutes before closing and they took down my information. I received a call about 2 hours later asking if a 9:00AM appointment would work. The worker showed up on time and reviewed my situation. I decided to go with a new unit since this is the second time it has quit in the last few years. He made a call and installation started immediately. I know it is all about luck of the draw and timing, but from initial call to completion of installation took 20 hours. Service: Install AC
Warranty part they installed under one year previously. There lead tech repair guy wrote. Signed and dated my part was under warranty for 5 years. Come out to fix the same part. Said it is invalid and out of warranty. His own hand writing to. Charged me $800 bucks to put in a new control board Service: A/C system repair
