Warranty part they installed under one year previously. There lead tech repair guy wrote. Signed and dated my part was under warranty for 5 years. Come out to fix the same part. Said it is invalid and out of warranty. His own hand writing to. Charged me $800 bucks to put in a new control board Service: A/C system repair
They came out after our newly installed water heater had the pilot light go out twice. They came the next day. Found the issue and replaced the entire unit. They are fast, punctual and professional. Super company. I called at 8. Got a call back by 9. Jack and crew were here by 11. Fixed the problem,cleaned the furnace and changed the filter. Jack is a very personable guy honest and fair. Would highly recommend Hogg Heating and Cooling. Great company.
