Called to get a quote for a burst pipe in my basement. Was told they don't quote repair work. They charge hourly $189/hour and 1 hour minimum. I asked if I was supposed to have them come start a job having no idea how much the cost was going to be and his response was, "I am sorry for you being irritated". Will be looking elsewhere.
I needed a gas leak repaired asap. I contacted Fred, and within the hour Gabe showed up. He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and got the job done. I will definitely call them again in the future.
