I can’t say enough about this company. I own a 100 year old house, so needless to say I’ve had to hire contractors throughout the years. I had the best experience with Alert plumbing by far! Fred and Gabe are the BEST!!! Had a leaking main water shut valve, so I gave Fred a call and in less than 20 minutes he and Gabe arrived and quickly repaired the leak. You will not find anyone more friendly, knowledgeable and efficient than these guys they are the BEST around!!! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
Called to get a quote for a burst pipe in my basement. Was told they don't quote repair work. They charge hourly $189/hour and 1 hour minimum. I asked if I was supposed to have them come start a job having no idea how much the cost was going to be and his response was, "I am sorry for you being irritated". Will be looking elsewhere.
