Our hot water heater bit the dust late in the evening and we had to wait to call someone until the next morning. Madison Plumbing was recommended by a colleague so I gave them a call. Someone answered right away and were able to get to our home that same day. Did a quick assessment. They were even incredibly accommodating to mine and my husband's crazy work schedules and came back at an agreed upon time based on our availability. They came out quickly to put valves on main water line. They had to come back three times that day because of leaks. When I called and spoke to Dale the manager about how many times they had to come out and could I get a credit toward my next visit. He told me that well we didnt charge you to come out those three timed.

I've used them at my job for 15 or so years and recently used them at my place of residence. What a great group of professionals. We have been through several plumbers over the last 25 years and it is great to finally find a reliable and dependable company.
