I've used them at my job for 15 or so years and recently used them at my place of residence. What a great group of professionals. We have been through several plumbers over the last 25 years and it is great to finally find a reliable and dependable company. Madison Plumbing has tested, made repairs and replaced our backflow devices. They have repaired/replaced toilets, water heaters and pipes. One thing I truly like about this company is their communication. I expect many more years of Excellent service. They came out to snake a clog in my bathroom sink. They were unsuccessful and said they would have remove the toilet and tear out the wall to replace the pipes. They charged me $150 for unsuccessful snaking of the pipes and told me it would be another $500 to tear out the wall and replace pipes. They also left a mess of sludge all over my bathroom floor. I called another company for a second opinion. They came out and were able to unclog the drain with an electric snake after a little bit of effort. So now I’m out $150 because the guy from Madison Plumbing was too lazy to get the job done.

I hired them to replace my exterior faucets with no-freeze models. On a positive note neither faucet leaks. I had to have them come out a second time to correct their mistakes. I.E. The handles on both faucets were loose, They had to repair the mounting on one faucet.---The mounting screws weren't fully seated, they were at odd angles and 3/8 of an inch of the screws hadn't been tightened down to the exterior wall. They failed to put sealing putty on the same faucet mount----allowing water into house during rain or snow. I believe they overcharged me for both parts and labor. The installer left trash in my basement and dirty hand prints on my exterior door. This coupled with the fact that they had to come out a second time to correct their mistakes means I wouldn't recommend this company. Service: Outdoor plumbing system repair
