Able Roofing

I hired Able Roof in August 2022 based on a recommendation from my parents who had their entire roof and gutters replaced by Able Roof. They had a great experience and highly recommended the company. I hired Able to replace two gutters with 6-inch gutters, two downspouts, one piece of fascia, and a 7 foot piece of soffit on the backside of my house. What was supposed to be a half day job turned into a horrible project experience which was not fully completed for 3 months. Once the third party gutter crew was finished with their work after about 4-5 hours, they left the house without notifying me that they were finished. Therefore, I did not have a chance to inspect their work before they left. While they were still onsite, I informed them that I had a six-year-old child and many other neighborhood children played at our house everyday in the yard and I would like them to clean up the construction debris once they were finished. Able was very quick and great quality! They finished our roof in 2 days and the siding in 3, which was a lot of work for our 3.5k sq ft house. Delay after delay. Able Roof took 7 months to complete my siding and windows project. They refused to cancel our windows contract without penalty and forced a toxic relationship due to their unreasonable, open ended timeframe.
