I wavered back and forth on whether to do a shingle or a metal roof. I called Dan with the metal roof company and I'm so glad I did. Our new metal roof looks fantastic. One of the worst contractors we have experienced. No communication between project manager and crew. We have bad leaks at skylites EXCEPT the unit which was corrected twice. Now they hold the opinion that our skylites or seals are bad? They were inspected and cleaned! With this opinion why was this roofing project ever allowed to continue? The only person not aware of the work proposed was the project manager! We are contemplating legal action foe a mere 3000 in damages! Think twice about this roofing company and it's management as their warrantee is in question Service: Roof installation
