Dave and another associate inspected my roof. Both Dave and his coworker were extremely helpful in explaining the condition of the roof and the pros and cons of making a claim. They offered advice on how to move forward and answered specific questions I had about how making a claim would work. They were also very friendly and talked to me on a level I could understand without feeling condescending. It did not make sense for me to move forward with a repair at the time, but excellent, excellent customer service. I will use them in the future. Service: Roof inspection
