Matt was our technician and he was fantastic. He got right to work and was extremely knowledgeable. He located our problem and was able to fix it on the spot and he took the time to answer all of our questions. We will definitely use Best Service for all of our HVAC needs. We damaged a customer's a/c electric lines while mowing and I contacted Best Service to do the repair. They arrived on time and the the repair cost was acceptable. The technician called me once the work was completed. Good communication and the quality of the work was excellent.
After a problem with the control board found a clogged condensation line. No extra charge for additional visits. I would recommend them. Service: HVAC system repair
