Of course my furnace went out during the coldest days of the year so far. Called Best Service as a second estimate after another company gave me an ASTRONOMICAL estimate that the tech told me may NOT fix my issue but they "HAD" to address that first. So to clarify ASTRONOMICAL, $3,200. I called Best Service and they were able to get a tech out within hours and he fixed the issue quickly for a total cost including the service fee for $115. Literally a small part needed to be cleaned and my furnace is back up and running. I will definitely be using them from now on for all of my HVAC needs. I highly recommended them. Matt was our technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He came in diagnosed the problem and repaired AC unit.
