This business is awesome! I had an electric emergency of my own making (smart switch install gone wrong), and Brody came out to fix up my mistakes. He was super professional, very friendly and explained everything he was doing in a very educational way that made sense to me. I can't say enough good things about this company and Brody. Very pleased with my service. Service guy was on time and explained exactly what was needed. I wanted more sockets then he was prepared to do, so he repaired one ( which was the reason for my call), installed one and will be back to complete the others. So far, so good!

We dealt with another electric company for a while, but that company frequently didn't answer calls during business hours, so we love that phone calls are accepted at Efficient Electric, even past regular business hours. They are prompt to set up appointments and we are very satisfied with their customer service and their work. After receiving the invoice, we are happy to say that this company is very cost effective too!
