We were in need of a new roof, and after several estimates we decided to go with Brownwood Roofing. Mr. Brown was VERY prompt, professional, and has excellent workmanship. Brownwood replaced sections of damaged soffit & fascia for us, as well as cleaning the gutters & installing guards. The price quoted was fair, they kept me informed about scheduling, and arrived on time when promised. They went above and beyond in doing additional work not quoted once they removed some of the damaged wood and found other issues, and even though I agreed to pay for the extra work required, they stuck to the original quoted price for the complete job! They also hauled away all of the old wood and other construction debris as well as raking the yard and going over the area with a large magnet to ensure nothing was left behind.
