Cap City Restoration

Terry Wright of Cap City Restoration was very professional offering help and suggestions throughout our roof replacement. He took photos before, during, and after the project was completed keeping us informed of the progress of the work. His crew was experienced and workmanship was excellent. The clean up was also excellent. We had both a traditional roof replaced as well as a flat roof over our back porch. They also worked on our chimney which had several bricks which had fallen and replaced the flashing. I would certainly use this company again. They are five stars. Their pricing was fair and was much lower than other bids we received.

Short version: these guys were great. I had a number of items that needed to be addressed on the outside of my home, including a new roof. These guys were professional, great to work with, and the price was reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat! Long version: I needed a new roof (both shingles and a roll-on for a lesser sloped roof area), tuck pointing on the chimney with a new cap and vent, replace 4 areas of siding that had holes in them, new aluminum trim on my detached garage, and sealing around some older windows. Overall everything went smoothly, and any challenges were addressed in short order. The roof took longer than expected, both because of the hot sun over the two days, plus having an older house with an unexpected previous layer of shingles which made removal much more difficult. I had my old roof torn off and replaced also had new gutters and downspouts installed. Mike also pointed out that I needed to bring my roof up to code since it was so old by installing drip edge and ice guard which was good to know. I had questions along the way and Mike or one of his team members was quick to return my calls and get me the answers I needed. Mike and his team had all my work done in 3 days and did an excellent job on the clean up. They ran their magnets all over my property to ensure they got any loose nails, screws etc. I would definitely recommend Cap City Restoration to anyone looking to get a roof replaced ....
