A REGRETTABLE EXPERIENCE : I had a Kohler 14RCA whole house generator installed w/ 4 estimates. Sears, Electrical connections, MEI & Generac. MEI is the only company that didn't visit the house, didn't return calls or provide requested feedback, instead asked for information via Email & submitted their bid via email. Their bid was next to lowest priced & the only one to include a Kohler whole house generator, a 14 RCA. I selected them based on that & scheduled the install via email one month in advance w/ confirmation. Richard Pichette arrived on schedule Friday morning BUT didn't have a generator, equipment, supplies or any information provided regarding the install. He scoped the house, made a list & said he would return. Four hours later he did return w/ some supplies but no generator. They were looking for one, supply houses were out & he apologized. I wasn't impressed. It was a two day installation scheduled for consecutive Fridays by my work schedule. He began working and then r
