Our technician James C. was professional and efficient. The only issue I had was with the attitude of one of the dispatchers when I initially had to reschedule. She was very short with me and snippy and wanted an advanced payment that was not previously mentioned because I told her the technician might get to our new house before us (it was dinner time, we were coming from our old house and the technicians were running behind). I called back another time so as not to have to continue to talk to her. Service: A/C system maintenance

The technician who came out for our routine inspection found a large crack in the heat exchanger of our fairly young furnace. He immediately shut the system down, educated us, and had a consultant out within an hour. We were quoted a very fair price for a new system and installation was completed the next day. Great friendly service from start to finish and we are thankful for a technician who was extremely thorough and prevented a potentially dangerous situation.
