Recently had the first check up on our heating/cooling system and I am happy to say everything went like clockwork. I continue to be impressed with the quality of service, professionalism and responsiveness of this company. I received a reminder call about the visit and a follow up text to confirm everything. Rick showed up right ON TIME and got right to work checking everything. My system is still pretty new, so everything so far has been great. Hetter Heating & Cooling installed a new HVAC and A/C unit for me. Rick and Brian Z Jr we’re on site this morning at the specified time. They were both very professional. They took extra precaution to ensure my carpet and floors weren’t dirtied or damage as they went in and out of the house. They thoroughly explained to me the functions of my new thermostat and features I could utilize with my new system.
