I used DeMarco to help with our new house. Due to the craziness of the housing market we could not motivate the sellers to replace the back side roof of our house that was in need of desperate repair. We also needed a replacement of the chimney cap which was in need of repair. We had to replace the entire roof on our 100+ yr old business. It is a flat roof with a lot of stuff sitting on the roof. We also had all the gutters replaced and they can now handle all the rain coming off the roof. It is nice to finally have no more leaks in the building.
