My 7 year old water heater stopped heating and it started gushing water! I called Fritz Baumann & Sons and Brett patiently walked me through step by step of what I needed to do to stop it. He then asked for pictures of my current set up to see what he needed to help remedy the problem. I received a call a short while later saying he found all he needed and would be out that afternoon to replace my water heater and update my existing associated plumbing to new code. They were timely, neat, and very communicative. Its almost unheard of to get such quick service these days. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone. A competitor quoted me an outrageous fee for a same day service call on a water heater and sump pump emergency. I googled to find what turns out to be my neighborhood, multi-generational plumber.
