I highly recommend Quality Builders of Ohio. Mark and Sean are wonderful to work with! They were both so great with communication, and always arrived at the time that was scheduled. That type of service is unfortunately so rare anymore. These two men are all about customer service! Their crew of men did an amazing job! I could tell that they take great pride in their work and it definitely showed when the project was completed. I will definitely be recommending Quality Builders of Ohio to anyone I know that is looking for an excellent roofing company. Service: Roof installation
John and his crew are very popular in my neighborhood for a good reason. They are very responsive, everyone is always on the same page, and they completed the job in one day! John and Bobby worked with my insurance to get approved for a new roof so I barely had to do any work. They kept me updated at every step in the process and one of the most important things, they cleaned up and used a magnet broom to get nails. You could not tell they were here besides the nice looking roof. If you want an easy, well done, professional product, this is the company for you! Had a great experience with Quality Builders from beginning until the end. I worked with Sean for most of the process and he was there to answer any questions and reassured me every step of the way. They filed the claims for insurance and we’re able to get it paid for due to excessive wind damage. They did a wonderful job and finished the entire roof in a day. Other than the beautiful new roof, you would not have been able to tell there was even a crew there the day before due to how well they cleaned up the property after they were done. I especially want to thank them for being patient as my insurance company was dragging their feet on delivery if the final payment for more than 2 months after their work was done.
