Warren worked closely with my insurance company to provide them all the documentation and evidence to get the roof replaced. This included multiple visits to get a sample of the shingle to send for matching, tests for brittleness, and more. At each step, they communicated to my insurance company and myself. Once we got full approval from the insurance company, the job was completed on the first break in the winter weather. The crews showed up and worked hard to get most of the job done in one day. Warren came by to ensure the work was being done as planned. They made several passes to ensure no nails or debris was left behind - which is great as I have kids, dogs, and vehicles. Reached out to Quality Builders Of Ohio to have roof inspected after several storms. Since we had an older roof I figured there could be damage. John came out and inspected the roof, explained what he saw, and made his recommendation to reach out to insurance. John then came back out with insurance inspector to make sure they saw what he saw.
