Quality Air Heating and Air Conditioning

Just like their name "Quality"...on time, clean uniform, polite, knowledgeable young man had the best attitude, and explained the situation with my heat pump in detail, he gave me options on how to set up my heat pump and the electric heat. Gave me his HONEST opinion if he was in my boat. Had it figured out and fixed in no time. Now i have them do my spring and fall maintenance with filter changes every year. GREAT COMPANY ????

I called Quality Air on Sunday to have them look at my furnace because it stopped working. They promptly dispatched their technician to my house and figured out what the problem was. The technician told me I needed a new limiter switch because the one in the furnace wasn't resetting when it was tripped. I asked him about how much a limiter switch would cost and he told me it would typically be between $80 and $130 for the switch. I then asked if there would be more labor charge and he told me no. I was charged $200 for the service call which took less than a half an hour to do which I knew would be expensive because they told me it was double time on a Sunday. The technician said he did not have the part on hand and was going to order a switch for my furnace. He told me he would send me a text message on Monday to let me know when the switch would be available. I have used Quality Air a few times and they are always professional. Our AC unit went out and Nick came out right away and was able to get a new unit for us within 24 hours. Rick and Lidio did a fantastic install. They were courteous and friendly. All around great experience.
