Highmark did a full tear off of our existing roof, installed new ice dam barrier and attic venting. They also installed new exhaust vents, capped the chimney and removed an old satellite dish. On time, done in four hours and full clean up of the yard. Not one issue throughout the process. Great to work with, and now helping my mother with an issue at her house. I was directed to this company by Angi's list for a siding repair. When the salesman came all he wanted me to do was to get my insurance on the phone so he could tell them to pay for my siding. He hadn't even looked at the damage which was on the 2nd story. When I told him I didn't know anything about the company OR their products he basically said they'd been in busy for 12 years but continued the push to call the insurance. He never offered to show me siding products. He just said he'd take pictures and send an estimate. He was here for less than 30 minutes. Why would I hire anyone without seeing their products? Sad.
