They were available to come out on a Saturday afternoon within two hours and unclog our kitchen sink drain. The technician, Manny, was very courteous and professional. Got the job done quickly and it was great to have use of our kitchen sink for the rest of the weekend! Also, all of the Customer Service reps we spoke with throughout the day were extremely polite and helpful. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
