James' performance on our project was superb. He was extremely friendly and professional during his entire time with my family. He was very organized, clean, and respectful. Five stars for Rick, he was a pleasure to have in our home. He was thoughtful and respectful of our space. He completed all tasks with great attention to detail, even addressing a few other minor issues he discovered. Work Included patching a small hole in the wall, fixing small piece of baseboard, hanging one light, fixing two curtain rods that came loose and anchoring our dishwasher. All work took about 9 hours. Five stars for him all the way. I gave 4 stars overall for value. This is definitely not the company you call to get a good deal. I paid top dollar and while I received high quality work, I’d be hesitant to book again as it was just too expensive compared to others we’ve called in the past. When our driveway fence gate started falling apart, Ace was able to fix it quickly and did a quality job. Andrea and Rick were extremely communicative and made the entire experience stress-free. It's clear that this is a quality business with staff who actually care, which is increasingly hard to come by in terms of handymen contractors. We were able to get the work scheduled much sooner than expected, which was critical because we use that gate multiple times a day. I would not hesistate to use Ace for handyman work again.
