The Local Plumber

After the freakish cold spell in December (2022), several of our pipes shattered despite us dripping the faucets. Turns out the handymen that flipped our new house didn't do things correctly or to code. Surprise surprise! I had worked with Trevor a couple times before when we first moved into the house in March 2022. It was very glad that I had his number still in my phone because he was able to come over the next day to get everything remedied. He had to completely repipe probably about half the piping in our house. Thorough, honest, and friendly to work with. Trevor helped us update our shower. It was during flu season and he was happy to reschedule our estimate when our family got sick prior to his arrival. He was very transparent with us about our options and helped us figure out what repairs to make now if we plan to fully remodel the tub/shower in the next few years. He even talked us through what his recommendations would be when we decide to make those bigger updates. He wasn’t trying to upsell and gave us honest feedback based on what he could see throughout his estimate. He was able to get the work done the same day he came out to perform the estimate which worked out perfectly. Frozen water pipe burst in bathroom. He called me back right away and gave us some tips of what to do until he could get to us. He did a great job making the repairs and got our water restored quickly. Trevor is very professional and does a fantastic job. Very neat and cleans up and removes debris.
