I called Upper Arlington Heating & Air after another company broke my system after a simple maintenance visit. Noah came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained to me what the last company did wrong. He was very kind and respectful. I called the company at 730am and was able to schedule diagnostic that same morning for $50 (w. coupon). Technician, Noah, called 10 mins before arriving and was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. Luckily, it was a simple part that needed replaced and he came back at 4pm to swap it out. Very efficient, very personable. 10/10 will call again. Service: Heating system repair
