On hold for 20 minutes, then the service tech hung up on me after I did not have the information he was requesting at that moment to provide to him. Would rate lower if I could. Go somewhere else for HVAC parts

Have purchased materials and equipment from this fine establishment since 1991 the original owner Jerry trimbach and sales rep chip ulmes , greeted me at the original Cincinnati location and it's been a three decade Plus outstanding experience overall very thankful... There's not enough space on here to tell of all the help and support I had from this company... I even once let Larry trimbach elbow me in basketball, to make him feel good about being a hack player lol
