I was experiencing intermittent power outages and had one guy from another company come out and said there was no problem and left. I then called Ohio Electric Services and they had a technician come out the next day. Sean was able to find the issue and fix it rather quickly! During the process he made sure to show me what he was doing to fix it so if the issue happens in another part of the home i can fix it myself. Everyone I interacted with at the company was very knowledgable and friendly as well as up front about the cost. I would definitely suggest them in the future! Ohio Electric provided prompt, thorough and professional service. Technician Shawn, explained all the work and made sure the install functioned properly prior to leaving. He also vacuumed to leave the area perfect before leaving. Ms Laura, provided excellent, kind, professional and polite phone service, before and after the work. I will be referring Ohio Electric to all my contacts! They are the Best!
