American Siding just finished my siding replacement. I taked to 4 different companies before choosing this one. All 4 said I had hail damage and would be covered by insurance minus my deductible. The main reason I went with this company was because of the professionalism of Jason Elliott. Great at answering all my questions and keeping me informed every step of the way. Even the insurance evaluator/adjustor my company sent out was impressed with Jason! There were delays, some caused by my insurance company wanting more pictures and information and some delays due to COVID - getting building supplies. The only problem I had was that some of the windows were not framed properly. Jason ensured that this would be corrected and it was. I also had them install new shutters and my house now looks great! I would definitely reccomend this company.

4 stars overall, but would give 5 stars for workmanship and quality of products. American worked with my insurance agent to negotiate full roof replacement following a storm event which was very appreciated. We also did a full replacement of gutters, siding, windows, and sliding patio door while we at it. Very satisfied with all products and installation workmanship. Only knock was all the delays we encountered in the course of getting the work done...several stops and starts, sometimes for a week or more, dragging the time to complete the work to nearly two months start to finish, although some of the delays were beyond their control due to supply issues and COVID.
