Ember & Jason are great people and it shows in the way they operate. They were able to provide me a cost upfront that was fairly priced and one of the lowest quotes I received, and then they stuck to what they said they would do. They were able to schedule me NEXT DAY, and then on the day of my appointment the technicians, Rob & Colt, called ahead and were even a little early! Rob & Colt were friendly and helpful and had everything they needed ready to go when they showed up. They got the job done quickly and I could immediately feel the cold air pouring out the vents. HALLELUJAH!! Making payment was simple and hassle free and it was exactly how much they had told me it would be, no hidden fees or issues. They even shut the garage door for me when they left, which I really appreciated. Very respectful guys! I will definitely be calling JFK from now on and will refer them anytime I can. JFK Heating and Cooling are complete pros. They showed up on schedule, completed the work in a timely fashion, cleaned up well afterward and followed through on all of their commitments. I would highly recommend them!

EDIT to review last year. New heat pump and air handler unit was installed in July 2021. I am having issues with it freezing up and the fan not working on the outdoor unit now so I call a company out to diagnose and find out my warranty for 10 years covering parts was never registered so now I only have the 5 year warranty. So I call JFK and ask to speak to Jason Kirby the owner and Ember the receptionist proceeds to ask me what this is concerning so I proceed to tell her what happens and she immediately tells me they are not responsible for registering the equipment. In the middle of our conversation a man starts telling me they are not responsible for registering my equipment as he starts getting louder and louder and becoming more argumentative. I ask the man his name and he says Jason the owner. Jason continues getting louder and louder telling me it is not their responsibility to register the warranty nor tell me that I should register it to receive my 10 year warranty instead
