I was needing my gutters repaired or replaced. After having several quotes I called Bauer. Chuck was very professional and actually was the ONLY salesman that actually got on the roof to look all aspect dealing with the gutter. He noticed various issues with my roof as well as gutters. He was the only one honest to tell me I didn't need new gutters and only needed repairs and cleaning. The cost was extremely less the other quotes I received. He also took pictures to show me the damages and repairs needed. When the repairman came out he was also very professional and did a great job on all repairs.
