I called them with an issue in the morning, they sent a tech out, Mark, who was available and there two hours earlier on the same day. He fixed the issue faster than I would have expected. He explained and detailed every step of what he was doing to fix the problem so I could better understand my own hvac unit, and he gave me a few detailed notes to help me prolong the units lifespan, and was incredibly friendly too. I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Chris, the owner. I had an emergency situation with an exposed wire in my breaker box and power out in several places in my home. I was going to lose everything in my fridge and freezer. Chris initially tried to find one of his available men. When he couldn’t, HE TOOK THE CALL HIMSELF and had me up and running in 15 minutes. In a day and age where customer service is obsolete, a company and owner that goes this above and beyond is a RARE GEM! Another company was going to charge me $345 to come out just because they could. Chris charged me $199, came quickly, REFUSED my tip, and recommended follow up (apparently my breaker box was built in the Stone Age). Jerry came out to fix my leak. He was very professional and polite. My issues weren't with him but the owner and the bill. On the first day he came out and spent 22 minutes, stopping the leak and assessing the problem. He told me he didn't have all the parts in the van and would need to come back. The second day he came back he spent 33 minutes and finished the job. He charged me for 2 full hours plus the 110$ diagnostic fee. For a total of 330$ for less than 1 hour worth of work. When speaking with the owner who threatened me multiple times by telling me "you will pay this bill" and told me my 460$ bill for 1 hour of work was a deal and tried to tell me that a piece of pipe a shut off valve and an outdoor faucet was 700$ in parts, which isn't even close to believable even without the internet literally in the palm of my hand to check prices . The owner felt that since the plumber came out 2 days because the van wasn't properly stocked, I should have to pay for that. He also wanted to
