Technician was absolutely fantastic! He was not able to do anything though and I still had to pay to even have him tell me what I already knew was the problem. When I called to get help from customer service I was told by the person that answered the phone she wasn’t allowed to get management to help me. Will not call again.
The technician we had was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a- wonderful job hooking up gas range. I would highly recommend the Benjamin Franklin Pluming & Drain Cleaning.
Really appreciate the quick, professional response on a Saturday afternoon! Rachel (?) in the call center quickly and clearly took care of our emergency need for assistance. Couldn’t believe how fast Brandon arrived and repaired the valves. We thought we were going to be bailing water out of our basement much longer! Highly recommend! Service: Plumbing pipe repair
