Ok, not so SMART! There is nothing fake about my profile or account! You are NOT my competition! I do not install roofs! I'm just a real guy, with a REAL ACCOUNT that gives Google reviews! Over 6800 people have seen my reviews, thank you! I'm just not going to let your company OVERCHARGE my home owners insurance! Plain and simple! Have a "good day"! I asked for a quote. Employee came out. Employee stated that they would not be interested in giving me a quote since I did not feel comfortable about TAG handling my insurance. I explained that I wanted to compare apples to apples. I would not recommend using a company that will not give a quote! That's like buying a car without knowing the price!! SHADY!!! I asked for a quote! Not a retail bid! I wanted to see cost that you will not provide, just excuses on how you screw someone's insurance!

I admit being a bit skeptical at first whether my insurance would actually cover a whole new replacement roof. However, Ben explained the entire process and patiently answered all of my questions. He handled all of the communication with my insurance company and the new roof turned out great, with no out-of-pocket costs. I couldn't be happier with Ben and TAG Roofing & Restoration.

My home is very clearly marked for no solicitation, but this company still decided to leave their garbage in my door. If they can't honor something as simple as a no solicitation sign, I certainly wouldn't trust them with a large project at my home.
