Great Maintenance helped us put our washer and dryer on pedestals and fix our glass top table that had separated from the base. Not only were they on time, but they were friendly and professional. They took the time to do the job correctly and used finesse with the glass top and placed the appliances on the pedestals in a tight area without causing damage. I highly recommend Ben and his crew at Great Maintenance Company. I had a garage attic door that came unhinged and made opening the garage door impossible. I called this company at 7pm and he came out the next day and got the job done. Ben also took the time to look at multiple other things I needed done around the house while he was here and he even gave me some tips on things I can do myself and showed me how at no extra charge. They are professional and trustworthy! Their services are affordable. Since then he’s also hung a tv for us and I have a list of other things for his company to do. No job is too big or too small. I have never had good experiences with contractors or handy man services. But that all changed with Great Maintenance company. I had a varied list of items that needed repaired as I am in the process of selling my home. He did work all the way from simple screen repairs and window caulking all the way up to HVAC maintenance/repairs and leveling a small deck/stoop. The owner was quick to respond to my communications. He showed up for the estimate and the scheduled start date completing all repairs in a timely manner. I will certainly use this business again when the need arises ! Service: General repairs
