I called Kettering Plumbing and Drain for urgent help concerning a plumbing leak. They gave me helpful information on how to temporize the situation. Tom from Narrow Path Plumbing, on call for the Five Star network, came out the next day as promised (on a weekend.) He was able to address the problem to my complete satisfaction. He did not just try to patch a problem with a quick fix that would ultimately not be in my best interest, but did the right thing, though it took much more time and work. Excellent. Had a pipe come apart because of the drastic drop in temperature. Was able to come same day and quickly fixed the issue as well as make sure that we were aware that the pipes would need replaced due to age.
