He was very patient and a good communicator. Jim and Ty were our contractors and they did good work fast. Kevin was my absolute hero when it came to helping me understand the process and ensure any all of my questions and concerns were taken care of super quickly. Craftsmen provided us with an exceptional experience throughout our kitchen remodel. From the initial consultation to the final touches, every aspect of their work demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Jason G helped us with the initial design and scheduling. His first design was pretty close to what we ended up with, but he patiently created multiple design options and helped us pick the layout we wanted the most. He made picking the cabinets, the hardware, the backsplash, everything as simple as it could be. As great as the process was, where Craftsmen really shines is with the master craftsmen they have doing the work. That leads me to note the standout individuals in our experience were Jason M and Joe. I recently had Craftsmen remodel my kitchen and it turned out beautiful! Jason guided me through the entire process. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and stayed in contact with me during the entire process. Jim and Ty were my installers and they did a fabulous job! Always on time, friendly and cleaned up every day. Kevin, the project manager, frequently stopped bye to check on the progress and answer any questions I had.
