They gave me an estimate when I called and I accepted on my cell phone. We setup a date and time and they were on time and the service was completed in a short amount of time. I had purchased the charger but the installer was familiar with settings and the best way to hook it up. I was very impressed with the knowledge they had and feel very confident with the service. The charge was exactly what had been estimated. They were able to answer all my questions in a very friendly manner. I am extremely satisfied.
