Hugo was the absolute best! He was extremely diligent in diagnosing the reason for the leak in our roof, spending roughly two hours checking the roof and attic. Scheduling was easy, and once the crew got to our place on the day of service they were literally finished with the job within 30-45 minutes! His communication and kindness were top notch as well! 5 stars!

We were very pleased with DryTech Exteriors from the very beginning. One of our main stipulations was that the project had to be completed in one day. Andrew Clark, DryTech rep, assured us that it would be done in one day. He was right. They arrived about 6:30 AM on a Friday and had the job completed by 7:00 PM. After they tore the old shingles off it was determined, by pictures and me, that all of the old plywood sheeting was bad and needed to be replaced, it still only took one day as promised. My house is a ranch style, 1,800 sq ft, home. The crew of men worked very hard and efficiently during the entire job. They removed all trash and debris and left the area very clean. We were extremely happy with the work done by DryTech Exteriors for our new roof installation. They explained all the materials they would use and brought actual samples for us to see. Our sales rep, Hugo, was very professional and made sure all our questions were answered. He was at our house on the day of installation a couple times to check progress. All the crew members were very courteous and respectful of our property. The work was completed in a day and everything was cleaned up before they left.
