Great experience! We got 4 quotes on roofs and decided to go with Kerrigan. A few neighbors had used them prior and highly recommended as well. First thing, they were great with insurance. Aaron the owner, itemized each line and provided details to help the accuracy of insurance payments. Taking the stress of having a home owner negotiate with insurance about roofing prices (I don’t know this industry) was a big benefit. They also worked with our HOA to make sure everything was squared away. Second thing, removal and installation took 1 DAY! They dropped the material off on Tuesday, removal & installation Wednesday, and touch ups on Thursday. Easy clear process with responsiveness from their team. Final thing, they continue to help. They have come back multiple times to do above and beyond touch ups. This is after the money has exchanged hands. This has been the same experience from my neighbors.
