Richards Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning

Very friendly people at Richards, however, they used our Shop Vac to clean up the sewage mess and did not clean it before they left. We found it odd they did not have their own Shop Vac to use for their $550 service we paid for. To our disgust, they did not clean out the Shop Vac and we found it filthy inside and out with sewage. We have left them messages to explain themselves, but after two weeks we have not heard from them. Very disappointed in their lack of accountability and professionalism.

Richard's Plumbing is absolutely fantastic. They always prioritize our needs, go above and beyond with regard to their communication & scheduling, and truly, truly look out for our best interest any time I call for service! Scot especially, has always taken the time to answer any questions I may have and explain the work they are doing with the utmost patience, even under extremely stressful working conditions (like busted pipes!). Richard's plumbing is awesome. Did a great job. Been using them for years and will continue to. I highly recommend them and will be using them again in a few weeks.
