Does not return text messages, phone calls or emails. If the blatant disregard for communication has any reflection on his work than I would tread lightly. Disappointed and disrespectful.
I HIGHLY recommend calling Scott for any home projects, plumbing repairs, etc. Scott and HRS have worked at our home on several occasions - Even when it's an urgent issue I know I can count on him. I think we have literally had him do work on something in every single room of our home and all around outside. Many more projects planned for this year!
Scott and HRS have done a variety of jobs for me from a new kitchen to a new ceramic tile shower. Scott has a real knack for visualizing the finished project and then bringing that vision to reality. I love the wood floors he recommended and installed. Don't hesitate to call HRS.
