Dependable Construction

We had two great experiences with Dependable Construction. A rental property we own got a new roof and our personal property had water leaking in. The leak was intermittent as it only happened when the wind blew the rain just right. I had repair people out 3 different times trying to fix the problem at which point we found Dependable Construction. The owner of the company literally identified the problem before he even got close to the valley of the roof where the leak was coming from. Dependable Construction fixed it reasonably and we have not had a problem since.

Very friendly employees. They helped me find the perfect color of shingles to match my house color. The entire roof was replaced in one day. The workers did a great job of cleaning up. After roof repairs I always worry about finding nails everywhere. Not with Dependable Construction! They used a magnet to pick up any nails left behind. I couldn't be happier with my new roof! The finished product looks great!

In late 2015 or early 2016, someone decided to drive their SUV into our church. Our insurance company gave us the name of a person who was supposed to be the only one i the area that could do the brick work. I was aware of Dependable Construction and it's owner so I called them. Not only did they do the work, they did it in a timely manner. When the work was done, they cleaned up and it was like nothing happened. We called them back to install the seamless gutters on the church and they also replaced the roof on the parsonage. Thank you for the work and more importantly the great treatment from every worker who has been on the job sites.
