Dependable Construction

Our journey with Dependable started from a random google search of contractors in Fairborne OH. I reached out to have a simple repair done to my roof which resulted in a completed roof replacement. Brian was quick to go out and assess the damage to the small area and then let me know that there was more extensive damage to other parts of the roof. I was suspicious at the time because I thought he was just trying to make more money off me, however he suggested I call my insurance company and have an independent assessment done. The insurance adjuster found a lot of damage and suggested we file a claim. After several weeks of back and forth between me, the adjuster, Dependable, and the insurance company we finally got the repairs approved. We had two great experiences with Dependable Construction. A rental property we own got a new roof and our personal property had water leaking in. The leak was intermittent as it only happened when the wind blew the rain just right. I had repair people out 3 different times trying to fix the problem at which point we found Dependable Construction. The owner of the company literally identified the problem before he even got close to the valley of the roof where the leak was coming from. Dependable Construction fixed it reasonably and we have not had a problem since.

I had what initially looked like minor water damage around a patio door. Turned out to have had extensive hidden water damage involving the house framing and header, as well as on some adjoining material like baseboard, door frame, and a portion of exterior sheathing. The work was done very efficiently and professionally. What initially was thought would need a couple days needed an entire week. Now everything associated with the repair and materials is now back to it's condition after the original home construction. Would definitely use them again and certainly recommend their services to anyone. Very satisfied with all aspects of their work.
