Honestly I cannot thank this amazing company enough! My elderly grandmother was without water for a day and a half. Two other companies came out and couldn't help... Two incredibly helpful gentlemen came and was able to fix the problem and fix an additional problem we weren't even fully aware of! Came the same day we called, and didn't charge an arm and a leg! So for the millionth time THANK YOU!!!
Heard raving reviews about them on FB and nextdoor app, so I gave them a call when a light fixture in my kitchen ceiling was leaking. Made the appointment for a quote, come appointment day, they didn't show, 50 mins later I finally call. It seems they forgot or some made up excuse, said the tech would come out after his current job. That's fine an all. He came, reeked of cigarettes, I dislike smoking and have two small kids but again that's fine, he's entitled to whatever he does in his free time. He looks at it, explains it and says he'll get me a quote next day, confirmed my email address, next day comes and nothing. Ended up calling roto rooter. 2 seperate guys came within an hour, and had multiple follow up calls. Not sure how their actual service would be, with all their reviews I'm sure it would have been good but this is just my experience.
Called this morning about my kitchen sink not draining. They were able to make it out same day and quickly fixed the clog. They also took a little extra time to ensure there weren't any further issues. Thank you for the great customer service, good communication and over all great experience!
