He fixed the issue and didn't try to pressure me into buying any additional services. I felt very comfortable with him in my home and appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. They held true to their warranty and their work it’s much appreciated. We had an issue with a leaking furnace they came out the same day and identified the issue. Unfortunately, it’s not something he could fix on the spot. They’re calling Monday to schedule the repair.. Joshua Rowland was polite and professional. Typically repair techs disregard me, due to my gender. Nearly every repair technician that come in ask for my husband. Josh never even made mention of the “man of the house”. His family raised him right. He deserves a 3 week paid vacation, a nice bonus, and a raise.
