Our air conditioner went out in the evening hours of Wed, July 26. We called your service & even though we were told it would be late in the evening we still wanted a visit from your tech. Your tech, Benito Reyes was friendly & thorough in his assessment of our air conditioner. We really appreciate that he came late in the evening to help us. Larry Miller, your salesman, was also friendly & thorough. He gave us two quotes & explained the difference in them & what was the best value for us. This is the second time I've had the pleasure of having Steve to the house for a service call.He came out in the fall and serviced our furnace. This time he got to service the a/c unit. Excellent work always professional, a pleasure to have him on the job.
We had a new Bryant heating and air system installed when our 25 year old Payne system went out on us.
