I purchased a 1950's house a little over a year ago that had an old 200 Amp General Switch breaker panel. The panel was functional but the company was no longer in business and certain components and the main breaker were near impossible to find in the used market. I did not want to wait until I needed an emergency repair to deal with this issue so I decided to pull the trigger on a panel swap. I contacted several companies for quotes. Morris electric was priced in the lower-middle of the pack and they had a number of good reviews, a solid warranty on their work, and Jesse seemed competent and knowledgeable so I decided to go with them. I also liked the fact that they used the higher quality Square D QO panels. There was a slight hiccup with setting up an appointment due to issues procuring the panel (supply chain delays) but Jesse arrived on-time on the install date and made quick work of removing the existing panel and installing the new panel. The final cost came in below the quote
