Tyler arrived on time, within 24 hours of our call for help. Our AC had been failing. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue (overheating). Sadly, our aging AC unit needed to be replaced. Tyler setup an appt. and Roy was at our house the next day to go over our options. Roy was very thorough and listed to our requests. Our new unit will be installed within a few days. They also brought a portable AC unit for us to use during the wait so that we would be comfortable. Both Tyler and Ray were very personable and professional. Highly recommend Hill Air!
Hill Air is the best in the business. The techs are not expected to be salesmen so they do not pressure you into a new system. They are reasonable and honest. I appreciate that they present options. The techs are super friendly and helpful. Service: HVAC system maintenance
