I called first thing on a Monday morning for an unknown AC issue and they had someone at my house within a couple hours. The service tech was friendly and professional, showed us what the issue was in our unit and explained the next steps about part ordering/ scheduling the repair. Then we had a major issue with the manufacturer of our system being unable to provide the broken part. Through the whole ordeal Climate was very communicative, keeping us updated with thier communications and efforts with the supplier/ manufacturer and answering all our questions thoroughly. Eventually we just replaced our whole system and they were able to schedule install for the very next day. We had the same tech do the install that came out for the repair and he was just as friendly and professional. The customer service was just top notch and everyone was so friendly and helpful. And even though the part issue was very frustrating, they made the experience as smooth as possible. I'd absolutely recom
