Mr. Handyman’s customer service was very professional from the initial phone call in scheduling an appointment to completion of the repair service. Charity, who I spoke to schedule my appointment was very patient and understanding in answering my questions and easing my concerns especially when I called back with additional questions (before I scheduled the appointment) and each time Charity took the time to answer them without fail. Brett, the service technician was efficient in completing the service repair in the time frame allotted. He was very conscientious in making sure the repair was done correctly. Rick installed a lighted exhaust fan in a bathroom. Really nice guy. Very professional. On time, and knowable. Explained that the fan didn’t turn on at full speed, because the unit has a microchip that fluctuates the fan as needed, deepening on humidity & air. Service: Fan installation
