This team was so wonderful! From the first call to set up an appointment, the customer service was amazing. The team that came to do the repairs went above and beyond. I had estimates from other companies and simply did not go with them because they made me feel uncomfortable. That was not the case with a single person on their team! I was already embarrassed at the state of my home but not once did I feel judged and we even had a few laughs over several repairs that were done. They always kept in mind I’m a single mother and prioritized what needed to be done to keep my home and family safe. I will never go to another company and will be a customer for life now. No, they didn’t pay me to write this either and I hardly ever write a review but it was certainly called for after the superb services they all provided. Prompt. professional. After our hot water tank failed we called Eco Plumbing. They were here within a couple hours to assess.
