Wow! This service is amazing! Last week on one of the hottest days our AC wasn't running right. Bear got here before the estimated time to get here. Thad was our Super Hero for the day... knowledgeable, efficient, courteous... got us back up and running in no time and was so helpful answering all of our questions. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again and would definitely ask for Thad again. Thanks for a great experience!

We are very impressed with how Bear Heating & Cooling went above & beyond with their response to our problem. We were having a gender reveal party for my daughter & wouldn’t you know the air conditioning went out 2 days before. They sent Greg the next day!! He was the friendliest service person I’ve ever encountered!He was just as concerned as we were about fixing the problem before the party as we were. The fan motor needed replaced ( which we heard the loud noise coming from it which is why we called) and he replaced it that day. Unfortunately the coils had frozen up and needed 24 hours to thaw and found that there also was a leak and we needed coolant too. We talked about replacing the whole unit and had Jim come Monday first thing to look it over. Jim also was very friendly and informative in order for us to make a decision. I can say we have never been so happy with a company and their employees as this one. By the way, my daughter is having a boy AND a girl!! Thank you Bear, Greg

I've used Bear twice. The first time was more of an emergency repair, they came out that day and got a temporary fix and were back the next day with a permanent fix. Second time they put two Splits- one in an enclosed porch and the other in a new addition. Mike and Cameron did the work and Jim the owner was onsite to explain how to operate the system. Mike and Cameron did a great job and explained to me what they were doing. Both were very friendly and even put up with my two dogs.
