We had our furnace repaired that quit working on a very cold January day within hours of the call. Thank you for the great service when the temp was -3. This company is the best don't waste your time calling anyone else Service: Heating system repair
Technician didn't listen to what I said problem was, made no suggestions, just said 'so you want me to just do a service call?' I said I guess so and he didn't say one word the rest of the time. Like he was angry he was there. After I paid him I asked if I had to pay extra for him to tell me what he found. He said 'I didn't find anything'. Told him to give me my receipt and get the #$%^ out. Obviously doesn't understand he's in the 'service' industry. Edit: Company contacted me and made this right. I appreciate the quick response and changed my rating accordingly.
